We discovered this meme at Ya-Aholic, where it runs on Fridays. It sounded like a fun addition to our lineup, but fits better here on Sundays. This is based on the basic Magic Lamp = 3 wishes idea. Since there are so many of us, though, we're just taking one each per week.
If we had a Magic Lamp, we'd wish:
Andrea: I am reading Bloodrose by Andrea Cremer. I wish I could visit all the exotic places Calla does in that book- minus all the scary creatures, of course.
Tiffany: I am reading Bloodrose, too. I'm wishing that I had to make a choice between Ren and Shay instead of the guys I knew back in the day!
Paula: I just finished Notes to Self by Avery Sawyer. I wish I could give each of my students this kind of life-altering experience, but without the pain involved. Robin learns so very much about herself in this book- kids need that.
